This project was a collaboration between Matek and Tallinn University of Technology and other partners. We had the chance to meet with Professor Targo Kalamees who walked us through the prefabricated system and even showed us a cross-section of the panels. This is the exact method that was used to insulate the student dormitory you see in the photo.

It was incredibly valuable to see a real-life example of a completed renovation and to discuss the practical implementation of the prefabricated system in detail.

Thanks for the tour and the insightful conversation!
